PLiXiR DC is our entry level linear power supply that is designed for maximum cost vs performance. It features a 2-stage active voltage regulation design that removes most of the noise associated with conventional 1-stage linear power supply. PLiXiR balanced DC power supply is designed to reduce all the noise types present in a DC power supply. Upon deep studies it is apparent that traditional DC power supply circuit cannot eliminate them all. These include Ground loop current and diode rectification/pollution noise.
