The second stage serves as a high-current impedance converter without voltage gain. It utilizes four selected NOS PCC88 tubes per channel for low distortion and short signal paths. Each channel is decoupled from external influences and mounted on a tuned sub-frame, preventing interference.

The input stage boasts a specially designed circuit for optimal tube performance, while the volume control operates without affecting the signal path, maintaining purity and signal-to-noise ratio.Unique to The Preamp is the input selector, which changes the heating voltage of input tubes instead of using switches or relays, preserving signal integrity.
